What is Pural’s return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receiving the product, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. How do I exchange an item?

If you need to exchange an item, simply return the original item in its unused, original condition within 30 days. Once we receive it, we’ll process your exchange and send out the replacement product. For more information, check our Shipping & Returns page.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by a damaged or defective product. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Be sure to include a photo of the damaged item and your order details.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer refunds for returned items that are in their original, unused condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to cancel it. However, if it has already been shipped, you can still return the items for a refund after receiving them.
